Grade A means the machine shows no visible cosmetic damage (no cracks, dents, or deep scratches), all components are original and functioning at ≥90% rated capacity, battery holds a minimum 80% original charge, and the screen has zero dead pixels. It is the highest tier we sell.

Yes — on every product page you can select your RAM (8/16/32 GB) and SSD (256 GB / 512 GB / 1 TB) variant. We perform the upgrade in our workshop before dispatch. The price updates in real time so you always see the final cost before checkout.

No. LapCity is exclusively a premium refurbished technology retailer. Every product is pre-owned, restored to Grade-A condition, and priced at 60–75% below original MRP. That is the entire model — no compromise on quality, huge savings for you.

We primarily stock HP, Dell, and Lenovo — the three most widely serviced business-grade brands in India. We deliberately avoid low-quality or obscure brands to ensure spare parts availability and long-term serviceability for our customers.

Every product comes with a minimum 6-month warranty covering hardware defects (screen, motherboard, keyboard, ports, storage). Extended options — 1 Year and 2 Years — are selectable at checkout for a small premium. All warranty claims are serviced in-house, not outsourced.

The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures only. It does not cover physical damage from drops, spills, or misuse. We recommend purchasing our extended 2-Year plan which includes one accidental damage incident.

Yes. Our in-house service team handles all claims regardless of your location in India. We arrange courier pickup from your address, repair/replace in Raipur, and redeliver — fully insured at our cost for valid warranty claims.

We deliver to 800+ pincodes across India — all metros, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities included. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability. If we don't deliver directly to your area, we'll arrange a trusted logistics partner at no extra cost.

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–3 working days. Raipur & Chhattisgarh: next-day for most pincodes. Other Tier-2 cities: 3–4 working days. Remote areas: 5–7 working days. All shipments are tracked and insured.

COD is available on orders up to ₹40,000. For orders above this amount, prepayment via UPI, Net Banking, or Card is required. This threshold keeps our logistics pipeline efficient and protects both parties.

Every unit is wrapped in anti-static foam, placed in a rigid inner box, and double-boxed in a corrugated outer carton. Fragile labels are applied. Less than 0.2% of our shipments report any transit damage. If yours does, we replace it — period.

Because these are certified refurbished machines, not new stock. The MRP shown is the original manufacturer price when the laptop was new. You're getting the same hardware at 60–75% savings because it's pre-owned — but restored to Grade-A condition with warranty. The value is real.

None. The price you see at checkout is final — it includes the product, warranty, and free standard shipping. GST is included in displayed prices. No surprise handling fees or packaging charges.

7-day return window from the date of delivery. If the product does not match the description, has a hidden defect, or is the wrong model — we arrange free pickup and offer your choice of a full refund or replacement. No restocking fees, no questions.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. A 5% restocking fee applies in this case to cover reverse logistics. This is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (1–2 days), refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster (1–2 days). Bank transfers may take up to 7 days depending on your bank.
